Description We are seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our Chicago team. This role involves engaging with prospective tenants, showcasing properties, and supporting leasing operations to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Leads:
We get you started with hands‑on experience right away by providing leads that are ready and raring to go! Providing an abundance of leads is our primary focus.
Innovation:
We provide quality tools to our agents, allowing them to focus squarely on their clients and their transactions.

What would you bring to the table?
Ability to communicate effectively over multiple devices
Ability to communicate with a broad client base
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Must be able to work evenings & weekends
Must have valid driver’s license and car
Strong navigational skills
Self‑starter, self‑motivated

Pay:
Base Pay ($18 to $22 based on experience) + Commissions
