Engage customers in high-traffic retail locations

Qualify interest and present customized solar solutions
Build rapport and trust through face-to-face interaction
Represent Solar Pros with professionalism and confidence
Who We’re Looking For We are hiring both entry-level reps and experienced closers.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Strong communication and people skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable initiating conversations in a retail setting
Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
No experience required. Full training provided
Previous sales or solar experience is a plus
