We’re entering a new phase of growth with expanded product lines, a new warehouse facility, and increased investment in sales and marketing. To support that growth, we’re hiring a Sales Manager to help expand our distribution network and deepen relationships with key partners.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing revenue in the automotive aftermarket.

Compensation

Expected On-Target Earnings: $120,000+ before bonuses

High performers who expand accounts and open new channels will see strong upside. No commission cap.

What You’ll Do Grow Strategic Accounts

Manage and expand relationships with key wholesale and distributor partners

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

Build proactive account plans that drive measurable revenue growth

Drive New Business Development

Prospect and secure new B2B accounts in the automotive aftermarket

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline

Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations

Strengthen the Sales Engine

Work closely with leadership to execute promotions and product launches

Coordinate with inside sales and support teams to close opportunities efficiently

Maintain accurate CRM tracking and forecasting

What Success Looks Like

Revenue growth across assigned accounts

Consistent pipeline activity and new account acquisition

Strong forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline

Long-term partnerships with distributors and wholesale customers

What You Bring

5+ years of B2B sales experience

Background in specialty products or distribution strongly preferred

Proven ability to grow accounts and generate new business

Strong relationship‑building and management skills

Experience managing pipelines and sales forecasting

CRM proficiency (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar)

Bonus points if you’re a car enthusiast who enjoys the automotive performance industry.

Location This role is based in our Metairie, Louisiana headquarters, working closely with our leadership and operations teams.

Some travel may be required for distributor visits, trade shows, and partner meetings.
