Front Desk Sales & Operations Manager
Location: Prattville and Montgomery
Type: Full-Time | Rotating Saturdays | Small-Team Environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Be the first friendly face our patients see.
Educate patients on the affordability of our plans
Present & enroll new patients into our membership or package plans.
Keep the clinic organized — check-ins, scheduling, payments, and patient flow.
Train new hires and work in collaboration with our Marketer on Lead Conversion
Troubleshoot small stuff (Wi‑Fi down? printer jam? you’ve got it handled).
Help with window signage, supplies, cleanliness, and online reputation..
Assisting with the cleanliness of the clinic and spa like atmosphere for our customers
You’ll work closely with the Clinic Director and Doctor to keep the day flowing and patients happy.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Prior experience leading team and skilled at making complex topics simple
Quick thinker who can troubleshoot or find solutions fast.
Reliable & punctual — attendance is an essential function of this job.
Confident communicator who enjoys talking with people.
Organized multitasker who can handle front desk + sales.
Positive attitude and willingness to “jump in” wherever needed.
(Bonus points if you’ve worked in a wellness, medical, or fitness setting.)

Paid training and real-world experience in business operations.
SCHEDULE 4–5 days per week, rotating most Saturdays. Cross-training between two local clinics for coverage flexibility.
