Supervise and manage carpentry teams on luxury residential construction projects. Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and project specifications. Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to maintain project timelines. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to all safety protocols. Resolve on-site issues and provide hands-on support when needed. Track project progress and report updates to project managers. Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
