Established in 2012, YogaSix is the fastest-growing boutique yoga company in the United States. We offer six different class types designed to empower, encourage, and make yoga fun for students of all levels.POSITION:As the Assistent General Manager, you will support oversight of our two YogaSix studios in Shrewsbury and Ocean Township, NJ to ensure they are well-maintained and uphold our high customer service standards. Your responsibilities will encompass Sales and Lead Generation, Community Outreach, and training and direct supervision of Wellness Advisors (sales staff).Our studio has training and coaching support for the Assistant General Manager, including training team members on overcoming objections, how to find leads in your community, operations procedures – you will not be “left out on your own” but have a flexible, solid foundation to work from.We are a metrics and data-driven organization – we believe knowledge helps drive success, and we have strong reporting systems in place to help you meet and exceed your Sales goals, and enable your staff success as well.JOB REQUIREMENTS:3+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experienceSuccessful experience in supervising and leading teamsProven track record in lead generation and follow-upConfidence in generating personal sales and training sales team members in sales techniquesAbility to manage and optimize all revenue streams, including memberships, retail, and teacher trainingProficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientationAdaptability in a fast-changing and diverse environmentAbility to identify areas for improvement and exercise sound judgmentSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized with data management skills, prioritization, and meeting deadlinesProfessionalism, punctuality, reliability, and attention to detailTrustworthiness with the ability to handle confidential informationCollaborative and respectful approach when working with colleagues, clients, and the publicCalm and professional demeanor, even when handling challenging situationsProficiency with computers and Studio software, and reviewing KPIs and reports to inform you of the trends occurring in studioDUTIES:Lead Generation, Membership Sales, and RetentionManagement and growth of all revenue streams, including Memberships, Retail, and Teacher TrainingOversight of studio budget, spending, and reportingDevelopment and execution of a marketing plan focused on client acquisition, activation, retention, and loyaltyPlan and participate in Grassroots Marketing partnerships to drive new guest trafficCollaboration with Studio Owner and Director of Education to optimize class schedulesRecruitment, hiring, training, supervision, coaching, and mentoring of studio staffRecruitment, hiring, onboarding, training coordinationManagement of maintenance issues, inventory, and cleanlinessActive participation in studio, regional, and company-wide meetings and trainingsClose collaboration with Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure the studio's health and profitabilityManagement of social media presencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The role may require:Work hours exceeding 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, especially during peak activity periods.Sitting or standing for extended periodsReaching with hands and armsBending, lifting, kneeling, and driving a carClimbing stairs (elevators may not be available at all locations)Occasional lifting of up to 30 poundsSpecific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focusEffective hearing in person and via telephoneJob Type:
