An established boutique law firm specializing in global tech is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team in San Jose. The firm represents high-growth startup companies, founders, angel investors, accelerators, venture capital and private equity firms across the U.S. and internationally. Our clients range from early-stage startups to later-stage companies navigating financings, commercial deals, and M&A transactions.
Responsibilities
Support attorneys in venture financings, corporate formations, governance, and M&A transactions Prepare and file corporate documents (formation, amendments, stock issuances, etc.) Manage and maintain corporate records and cap tables Conduct legal research and due diligence Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely document execution and filings Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably in a law firm or in‑house legal department focused on startups, emerging companies or venture capital. Strong knowledge of corporate law, venture financings, and cap table management Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Paralegal certification preferred Compensation
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
