Oversee property leasing activities, conduct tours, market vacant units, and negotiate lease agreements to achieve optimal occupancy levels. Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite for accurate data entry, financial record keeping, and reporting. Coordinate facilities management and property maintenance using CMMS systems to ensure safety compliance and upkeep. Handle legal administrative functions related to landlord-tenant law, contract execution, lease enforcement, and record filing. Effectively resolve tenant conflicts while delivering high-quality customer service to all stakeholders. Conduct regular property inspections, identify repair needs, and oversee vendors to address maintenance concerns promptly. Develop strong relationships with tenants using excellent communication skills and promote satisfaction and retention through customer relationship management practices. Support upselling efforts by promoting additional services or upgrades to increase tenant satisfaction and property value.
