A growing immigration law practice is seeking an experienced
Immigration Paralegal
to support a sophisticated practice focused on
EB-5 investor immigration, business immigration, and family-based matters . This role is best suited for a paralegal who can manage complex cases independently, draft substantive responses, and work directly with high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities
Assist with EB-5 filings, including source-of-funds documentation Draft RFEs, NOIDs, and MTRs under attorney supervision Handle Adjustment of Status, NVC, and consular processing cases Communicate with USCIS, NVC, and U.S. Consulates Support business immigration matters (PERM, L-1, O-1, H-1B, E-2, TN, etc.) as needed Coordinate document collection, case preparation, and filings Requirements
Prior immigration paralegal experience required EB-5 or investor-based case experience strongly preferred Strong writing, organization, and case‑management skills Ability to work independently in a deadline‑driven environment Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits: SEP retirement plan, health insurance reimbursement, PTO
