Collections Specialist (Hybrid)
6+ Month Contract | Hybrid Schedule | Potential Extension
Growing financial services organization seeking a Collections Specialist to support the end-to-end collections process and help drive revenue recovery.
Responsibilities
Manage and support the collections lifecycle for assigned accounts
Analyze account activity and determine best collection strategy
Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances
Investigate payment discrepancies and document collection efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection outcomes
Requirements
1–2+ years of collections experience
Experience in fintech, payments, ecommerce, or financial services preferred
Strong analytical and investigative skills
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Knowledge of ACH, credit cards, digital wallets, or other payment processing methods
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Details
Hybrid: 2 days onsite (Tues/Thurs)
Schedule: M–F | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Duration: 6+ month contract with potential extension
Interviews: Zoom
