Role Description This is a

freelance, project-based editing role . Candidates

must be based in the continental United States

to ensure timezone alignment and collaboration with our production team.

We are seeking an experienced editor who understands how to craft compelling

interview-driven corporate storytelling

from interviews, b-roll, and brand assets.

This is not a highlight reel role. We are not looking for action sports edits, flashy montage work, or music video-style cutting. The majority of our work involves talking head interviews, case studies, brand videos, product explainers/launches, and executive messaging.

Please submit

corporate or interview-driven work only . Sports reels, travel videos, and music videos are not relevant to this role.

The ideal candidate understands how to shape narrative from interview material, find strong soundbites, and build edits that feel polished, professional, and aligned with brand messaging.

You think like a storyteller, not just a technician.

What You'll Do

Edit corporate video content including testimonials, brand films, product videos, and executive messaging

Shape interviews into strong narrative-driven edits

Identify compelling soundbites and structure story arcs

Integrate b-roll to support storytelling and pacing

Perform clean sound design and audio mixing to ensure clarity and professional polish

Perform basic color correction to ensure consistency and proper exposure

Collaborate with producers during revision rounds

Deliver organized Premiere project files and clean timelines

Maintain high standards for pacing, tone, and storytelling clarity

Required

4+ years editing corporate video content

Strong experience editing interview-driven storytelling

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required)

Experience with sound design and basic audio mixing

Experience with basic color correction

Strong understanding of pacing, tone, and message clarity

Portfolio that demonstrates corporate storytelling work

Bonus Points

Motion graphics or animation experience

Experience collaborating with animators to integrate overlay graphics or motion elements into edits

Experience working with brand guidelines and marketing teams

Experience working with production companies or agencies
