We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and well-connected Independent Sales Representative to grow our wholesale business throughout the New England territory. If you are a relationship-driven closer with a passion for footwear and a strong understanding of independent retail, we want to hear from you.

This role is responsible for driving footwear sales and profitable growth across all Spring Footwear brands within the assigned territory.

Territory CT, MA, ME, NH, Upstate NY, RI, and VT

Candidates should reside within or have strong professional ties to the New England region.

Key Responsibilities

Travel throughout the assigned territory to sell Spring Footwear collections to independent retailers

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with store owners and buyers

Open new accounts while maintaining strong retention with existing partners

Maximize sales, inventory flow, and sell-through performance across accounts

Identify opportunities for growth and develop territory-specific sales strategies

Analyze key retail metrics including turn, weeks-of-supply (WOS), and sell-through to drive decisions

Communicate brand vision and product benefits to retail staff and partners

Train retail staff on product features and merchandising best practices

Collaborate with the Sales Director on territory planning, forecasting, and reporting

Requirements

Proven sales success within the footwear, fashion, or lifestyle industry (independent rep experience preferred)

Established network of retail buyers and independent store owners in the New England region

Ability to analyze retail metrics and make data-driven sales decisions

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong “hunter” mentality

Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage territory travel

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
