Salary Range:
$55,000 – $65,000/year (based on experience, negotiable, excluding bonus and other earnings)
Key Responsibilities
Assist with forecasting production volumes to meet sales needs and reduce excess inventory, using Excel and data analysis tools.
Support improvements to production efficiency and operational stability by identifying trends and tracking KPIs.
Help analyze production costs, including labor and raw materials, and prepare regular cost reports for management.
Organize and maintain production data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across MES/SAP systems.
Prepare daily and monthly production reports, including productivity summaries and profit analysis.
Learn and assist with MES/SAP system tasks, including master data creation, updates, troubleshooting errors, and modifying production reports.
Support the monthly production closing process by reviewing input data, making corrections, and helping resolve any issues.
Communicate clearly in both Korean and English with production, sales, and logistics teams to align schedules and resolve planning questions.
Create PowerPoint presentations and reports to share production and cost insights with management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 0–3 years in sales forecasting, sales, analyst (internships or academic projects welcome).
Language: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
Familiarity with ERP systems (MES or SAP PP module is a plus).
Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
