
Brand Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping Tomahawk Performance’s identity, driving growth, and connecting with our core audience of military, tactical, and performance-driven professionals. In addition to brand leadership, this position will oversee e-commerce strategy and execution, ensuring a seamless digital experience that drives engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. Own GTM planning for new product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and product teams. Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy. Oversee content creation, including social media, email marketing, and website updates. Lead e-commerce initiatives, including site optimization, merchandising, and digital customer experience to maximize online sales performance. Monitor and report on e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rates, AOV, and traffic sources. Manage marketing budget and report on ROI for campaigns. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in performance gear, tactical, or outdoor industries. Proven experience developing GTM strategies and executing product launches. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, analytics tools, and e-commerce best practices. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
