Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

Assist with customer retention strategies.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Communication and problem-solving skills.

State Farm experience required.

Experience in customer service preferred.

Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
