We're looking for a video editor who thinks creatively, not just technically. You won't be following templates. You'll make real decisions about pacing, color, and storytelling.
You need to be:
Expert in Descript and Adobe Premiere Pro
Solid in After Effects and color grading
Experienced in short-form content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn
A self-starter who communicates clearly and delivers on time
