You are: The Creative Director sets the account’s creative vision and leads the client relationship at the highest level. They operate with autonomy, command respect, and are often accountable for our largest and most important accounts. The Creative Director identifies, grows and protects the most groundbreaking ideas in answer to our clients’ needs. They’re mentors and role models and directly manage the careers of our creatives. The work:
Run multiple pieces of business, across a range of clients, effectively managing and delegating work
Oversee the creative team in developing innovative, integrated creative solutions from concepting through production; inspire and elicit the best work possible from a multi‑disciplinary team of creative directors, art directors, copywriters, designers, user‑experience designers and technical experts
Manage people at the highest level, guiding their career growth based on their evolving goals and the agency’s developing needs
Lead new business pitches, working closely with all departments to form a seamless and winning presentation
Forge strong one‑to‑one relationships with clients at the highest level; build client relationships with a deep understanding of clients, their business needs, and our role in their success
Establish full client trust in their instincts and decisions
Maintain a robust understanding of current and emerging industry trends and push for original work
Develop and maintain cross‑disciplinary partnerships, with a focus on strategy, design and production. Collaborate with internal production teams and external vendors through the development of projects
Review client scopes to identify project needs and work with both project and resource management to help build unique, creative and collaborative teams
Here’s what you’ll need:
Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand‑building ideas and executions
Bonus points if:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Has led a $5MM+ piece of business independently in previous roles
Winner of various awards and accolades for accomplished work
Ability to single‑handedly lead multiple pieces of business
Experience managing career growth and development of creatives at all levels
Great understanding of new media
Ability to multi‑task across multiple pieces of business and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills to work internally and with clients and excellent presentation skills
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
