Overview Product Connections is seeking a forward-thinking Strategic Creative Director to lead high-impact creative initiatives that shape the future of our brand and client partnerships. This is a pivotal role for a visionary creative leader who can blend strategy, imagination, and data-driven insight to deliver compelling, innovative work.

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

Develop long-term creative strategies aligned with business goals, client needs, and market insights.

Use analytics and performance data (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform creative direction and evaluate campaign impact.

Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams—marketing, account leadership, insights, and production.

Creative & Execution Excellence

Lead concept development from ideation through execution across multi-channel campaigns.

Oversee visual direction, content creation, and storytelling to ensure strong, cohesive brand narratives.

Provide hands-on expertise in design, digital content, video, and social-first creative.

Present and defend creative recommendations with clarity, confidence, and strategic reasoning.

Champion innovation—exploring new technologies, design techniques, and creative approaches.

Team & Client Leadership

Mentor, inspire, and develop designers, writers, and creative talent.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand needs, build trust, and deliver exceptional work.

Ensure creative output is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in creative and strategy roles—agency or brand-side.

Proven ability to connect creative ideas to business outcomes.

Strong understanding of retail marketing, consumer behavior, and shopper engagement.

Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other creative tools.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

Demonstrated adaptability and comfort with emerging technologies, trends, and platforms.
