Description
Quincy Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Banking Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to meet the credit union's short- and long-term commercial lending objectives.
Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads to book commercial loans
Foster new relationships with major commercial accounts and potential clients
Establish and maintain continuous guidance on commercial lending policies and procedures
Promote new services to current clients and retain existing business by personal contacts
Work with third party to have the servicing of the commercial loans completed accurately and, in the timeframe outlined
Develop, propose, gain acceptance for, and implement strategic plans designed to meet the credit union's commercial lending objectives

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending or business development
Strong knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
