Overview
DoorDash Drive is our company\'s hyper-growth platform team serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada and Australia. We are revolutionizing the delivery experience for merchants and customers by offering the next generation of fulfillment services. We’re looking for someone to join the Drive New Verticals team to rapidly scale our next big bet in logistics. This team works closely with multiple cross functional partners to incubate new service offerings and quickly launch new Merchants and revenue on our platform. About the Role
You will drive the strategy for one of our newest business lines. You will quickly become an expert about our product, operations, and Merchants. You will be on the forefront of growth and expansion; building models, creating pricing strategy, and implementing processes to win deals, accelerate speed to revenue, and drive profitable volume to the platform. You will perform comprehensive analysis and make insightful recommendations about our business strategy with the ultimate goal of helping DoorDash disrupt a new industry. What You\'ll Excite About
Strategize – Understand the needs of our partners, prioritize those needs by impact, assess tradeoffs, and design solutions to drive both speed and quality outcomes Build – Bring structure to undefined opportunities by creating and implementing high-impact playbooks, models, processes, and tools that help us grow new business more quickly and effectively Analyze – Solve key problems with a data-driven, first-principles approach (identification, sizing, pricing, impact, root causing, trade offs) Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Business Development, Logistics, and Product teams to rapidly scale new business Qualifications
Possess strong analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel Have strong cross-functional skills and experience with projects spanning multiple teams Act with urgency and take ownership; you quickly jump on the most important issues and you are capable of driving multiple work streams simultaneously Are excited about challenging, ambiguous problems and understand when to go to the lowest level of detail to drive results Are curious about the business and how things work; you ask great questions and are not afraid to challenge the status-quo Have 1-3 years of relevant experience in high-growth environments Have a Bachelor’s Degree Notes

The starting pay will fall within the pay range listed by location and is determined by job-related factors including skills, experience, and market conditions. Base salary is localized by work location. The compensation package may include equity grants. Details discussed with your recruiter.
