As the Graphic Designer, you will help shape the visual and conceptual direction of our projects. Your strategic insight and creative perspective will empower clients to communicate effectively, achieve their goals, and ensure culturally sensitive, community‑centered messaging. RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities: Design on-brand materials that align with the creative direction provided by the Creative Director. Work with established brands and designs while also developing fresh, innovative concepts that elevate the work. Create designs across multiple channels, including marketing collateral, logos, digital ads, style guides, presentation decks, mailers, billboards, print ads, email templates, and other digital and print assets. Customize artwork for multiple clients using templates, technical specifications, and brand guidelines. Thoughtfully select typography, color palettes, and imagery to enhance visual communication and storytelling. Produce web-ready assets in collaboration with developers. Support projects through photo selection and basic photo editing as needed. Execute branding assets, including logo design and supporting visual identity elements, in alignment with client goals. Technical & Production Skills: Save and organize work using clear file structures and established naming conventions. Deliver work that consistently meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Demonstrate a strong understanding of file setup and formatting, including size and resolution, vector versus raster artwork, CMYK versus RGB color modes, spot versus process color, bleed/trim/live areas, and appropriate file types for different outputs. Use strong time management and organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow and consistently meet deadlines. Collaborate closely with copywriters, photographers, and cross-functional team members to deliver cohesive design solutions. Participate in client and internal meetings as needed to support and align with creative direction. Support the development, documentation, and execution of branding guidelines across branding projects. Creative Development: Stay current with design trends, Adobe Creative Suite tools, emerging AI technologies, and modern design techniques. Generate and develop design concepts from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with project objectives and creative vision. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing/advertising, or related field (preferred). 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing multichannel and integrated design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, layout, imagery, storytelling). Ability to communicate design decisions clearly with team members. Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience working in a digital‑forward environment. Experience in digital design and basic website design (preferred). Bilingual is a plus.
