Wind River Environmental LLC is seeking a
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about its products and services. This full-time, remote role offers
$18–$22/hour
and requires candidates to live within 30 miles of a WRE branch to provide local support when needed.
The successful candidate will handle a high volume of inbound calls, educate customers on service offerings, schedule appointments, and resolve inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and concerns from Residential Pumping Queue
Provide engaging and educational service to promote pumping services
Schedule residential pumping services and document calls per department requirements
Clarify customer inquiries, research solutions, and provide accurate information
Enter service orders into order management systems
Resolve problems or escalate unresolved issues appropriately
Fulfill customer requests, complete transactions, and forward requests as needed
Work in a metric-driven environment with individual and group goals
Manage heavy inbound and outbound call volume efficiently
Candidate Requirements Essential:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Basic computer literacy (email, internet, Microsoft Office)
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Must operate in a drug-free workplace
Preferred:
Experience in customer service within waste management or related industries
