We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team! An ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working with teens and/or leading teen programming, such as Youth & Government or Teen Camps, as well as previous supervisory experience. Position Summary: Develop, organize and implement high quality YMCA Teen Leadership program(s) for our diverse participants. Ensure a safe, positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes participant safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures. Two or more years of experience working directly with teens or leading teen programming, such as Youth & Government or Teen Camps, preferred Experience working with individuals, families and communities of diverse backgrounds and abilities One year or more previous direct supervisory experience Strong computer skills and experience with standard business software Strong professional written and verbal communication skills Fluency in second language desired
