Packaging Designer – Beauty & Skincare Job at Syndicatebleu in Los Angeles

We’re seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Packaging Designer with deep experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics space. This role is responsible for concepting, designing, and executing packaging that elevates brand presence, enhances the consumer experience, and aligns with manufacturing and production requirements. What You’ll Do Concept and design packaging for beauty, skincare, and fragrance products , including primary and secondary packaging as well as gift sets and PR sets. Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into compelling visual and structural packaging solutions Develop mood boards, sketches, mockups, and production-ready files Ensure packaging designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity Collaborate with packaging engineers, suppliers, printers, product development, and sourcing teams Review samples and prototypes, ensuring accuracy and quality through all stages of production Manage multiple projects from concept through final production, meeting tight deadlines and communicating progress across teams What We’re Looking For Proven packaging design experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance Strong understanding of packaging materials, print processes, and production workflows Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , with hands‑on experience creating production‑ready packaging files Please submit your resume for consideration.
