Position Overview We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our creative team in developing compelling visual identities and brand solutions for our expanding portfolio of wine and spirits brands. This role requires a designer who can balance creative excellence with commercial effectiveness in the competitive beverage industry. Primary Responsibilities Create brand identities, marketing collateral, packaging, and visual assets that resonate with consumers and strengthen brand equity across multiple market segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure design solutions align with business objectives. Contribute to both established brand evolution and new product launches within our portfolio. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and brand development Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, visual systems, and marketing materials Experience in the wine, spirits, or beverage industry is preferred Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) Thorough understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Knowledge of print production processes Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Excellent presentation and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent additional professional experience What We Offer Precept Wine & Spirits provides an environment where design work drives tangible business impact and reaches consumers nationwide.
