Graphic Designer - Corporate Office
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging designs to enhance our brand identity and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong creativity, and proficiency in graphic design software. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop various marketing materials, including print and digital assets, to effectively communicate our message to our target audience.
Core Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, signage, and print advertisements, to promote our vehicles, services, and special promotions.
Develop digital assets for online marketing campaigns, including website graphics, social media posts, email newsletters, digital ads, and multimedia presentations, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
Maintain brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring that all designs reflect the dealership's brand identity, values, and messaging.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, brainstorm creative ideas, and translate concepts into compelling visual designs that resonate with our target audience.
Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure the quality and timely production of marketing materials.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and automotive marketing to continually improve the effectiveness of our designs.
Assist with other design-related projects and tasks as needed to support the marketing team and dealership operations.
Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.

Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this position.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a graphic designer.
Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
