Account Executive, Influencer Marketing & Events Chasen Creative Media is looking for a motivated Account Executive, Influencer Marketing & Events.
Location: Full time at our Beverly Hills HQ or NYC HQ, Monday-Thursday in office, Fridays remote Experience: 3+ years full-time working experience in beauty PR/Influencer Marketing. Must have agency experience and access to reliable transportation. Who should consider applying? We’re looking for a collaborative, culturally plugged-in Account Executive who thrives at the intersection of influencer marketing, client strategy, and beauty culture.
At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent management, social media, or agency account management
Established or growing relationships with beauty influencers, creators, and talent managers
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems, including trends, platform tools, analytics, and creator best practices
Proven experience supporting or managing influencer campaigns from outreach through reporting and recap
Strong communication skills with confidence participating in client meetings, presentations, and calls
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
A strong pulse on beauty trends, viral moments, and creator culture
Comfort with influencer outreach, organic seeding, and paid partnership coordination
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and communicate campaign ROI
Highly organized approach to task management, timelines, and team coordination
A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Creative thinking ability: someone who brings fresh ideas and campaign concepts to the table
Professional, positive, and collaborative team presence
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
General Responsibilities: Work cohesively and supportively alongside team
Have and maintain solid relationships with influencers specifically in the beauty space
Participate in important client communications and continually raise the bar across influencer and experiential activations participating in meetings and conference calls in a professional, educational and confident manner
Help client relationship(s) and expectations; delivering top notch assignments on time while managing project expectations
Influencer outreach on agency accounts - including organic seeding and paid partnerships
Monitor influencer trends and viral campaigns
Have a thorough background and immersive understanding of all social media platforms, specifically TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including trends, functionality, tools, performance, influencer marketing, and analytics
Help oversee coverage platforms to increase analytic reporting for clients and campaigns
Creative mindset, constantly churning out innovative ideas for projects and story angles
Escalate client needs and expectations to senior team members as needed
Team Management: Create an inspiring workplace environment with an open communication culture
Have a positive attitude and professional tone
Maintain organized team action item lists, delivering clear directive and expectations
Delegate tasks and set deadlines; adjusting systems in place as needed
Client Responsibilities: Brainstorm, ideate, and conceptualize for client, compiling relevant and forward-thinking influencer campaigns
Responsible for securing strong and consistent influencer coverage with significant results from strategic pitching, seeding and partnerships across client roster
Drive day-to-day account needs, including but not limited to ongoing outreach, influencer and experiential campaigns
Develop and execute forward-thinking communications strategies and tactics for clients while securing consistent client mentions across influencer landscape
Show proactivity, resourcefulness and tenacity in problem solving
Create and provide comprehensive campaign and activation recaps that are visually impressive and show ROI
