Design Systems: Build and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma for consistency. Collaboration: Work with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical, functional designs, ensuring smooth developer handoffs. User Research & Testing: Gather user feedback, analyze usability findings, and incorporate data into design improvements. Iterative Design: Rapidly iterate on designs, troubleshoot UX problems, and refine visual elements. Requirements Experience: 2–4 years in UI/UX or product design.
