Candidates must be SF Bay Area based and available for in‑person shoots. We are seeking a producer with significant on‑set experience. This is not a coordination‑only role. The ideal candidate has personally led shoot days, directed executive interviews, shaped conversations into strong, usable soundbites, and guided crews toward clear creative objectives. You are comfortable working directly with senior leadership and marketing stakeholders, and you understand how to balance production efficiency with storytelling quality. You think editorially while producing. You anticipate what the final cut needs. You know how to adjust performance, pacing, and tone in real time to ensure the material captures what the story requires.
