This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content creation, knows what performs on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and can take ideas from concept to published content. Key Responsibilities Create engaging short‑form video content optimized for social media platforms Shoot content primarily using an iPhone (on-site and/or on location) Edit videos using modern editing and AI‑based content tools Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices Collaborate on content ideas, hooks, and creative direction Analyze performance and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagement Qualifications 1–3 years of hands‑on experience creating short‑form and social media content Proven experience publishing content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content performance Basic videography skills using an iPhone Proficiency with video editing and AI‑assisted content toolsReliable, creative, and able to work independently Must be local to Atlanta or able to travel on-site at least once per week Must be willing to make custom content during the interview process to show proof of work Have a professional Portfolio to show Preferred (Not Required) Fluency in Arabic or Spanish Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $45,000–$65,000 (based on experience) Unlimited performance‑based bonuses Opportunity to grow creatively and professionally in a fast‑moving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
