Overview Cindy Yee Kong, author of The Eyes of the Lion, founded Grace Animal Rehabilitation Center Inc. under the pressing need of rescuing and re-homing overpopulated stray cats in her community. Her love for domesticated animals began when she was comforted by a rescue kitten in her trying time. Responsibilities The Community Relations Lead will be responsible for fostering relationships within the community to generate donations. They will communicate with current donors and work to cultivate prospective donors by reaching out to local businesses and presenting the GARC strategic plan.
