Your Impact The External Communications & Public Relations Manager will own Accelevation’s external voice. This role is responsible for public relations, media engagement, executive thought leadership, LinkedIn strategy, and external messaging for major company initiatives. This is a highly visible role that works closely with the CMO and executive leadership team to strengthen brand credibility and industry authority. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Public Relations & Media Relations Develop and execute a proactive PR strategy aligned with company growth priorities Build and maintain relationships with data center, AI, infrastructure, manufacturing, and business media Draft press releases, media pitches, executive statements, and external communications Secure earned media placements and manage follow-up engagement Support crisis communications planning as needed Executive Communications & Thought Leadership Support CEO and executive visibility through media outreach and speaking opportunities Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and industry commentary Identify and pursue relevant awards, panels, and conference opportunities Strengthen Accelevation’s positioning as a leader in modular solutions (SkyBridge) and power infrastructure Own corporate LinkedIn strategy and content calendar Drive engagement with hyperscalers, general contractors, industry partners, and prospective employees Track performance metrics and continuously optimize reach and engagement Align executive and corporate messaging for consistency Strategic Messaging & Announcements Lead external messaging for product launches, facility expansions, and key milestones Ensure message consistency across press, website, social media, and sales materials Partner with product marketing to translate technical solutions into clear external narratives Partner with internal communications manager on communications calendar and messaging Brand & Reputation Management Monitor industry trends and competitor communications Identify opportunities to elevate Accelevation’s visibility in relevant conversations Maintain brand consistency and credibility across all external channels Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience in B2B public relations, corporate communications, or external communications Proven ability to grow LinkedIn or executive presence in a B2B environment Experience in industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, or data center sectors preferred Exceptional writing and storytelling skills Demonstrated experience building media relationships and securing earned coverage Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Core Competencies Safety: Proactively fosters a culture of safety in our work environment Inclusion : Appreciates and respects individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and values Speed: Operates with urgency, recognizing the advantage of being swift and responsive Innovation : Continuously seeks to simplify and improve processes and designs Judgment : Exercises discretion and autonomy in solving technical challenges Accountability : Holds self and others to high standards of performance and quality Competitive salary and performance bonus Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan with company match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Collaborative, high-energy workplace Job Application Notice Accelevation LLC does not ask for payment or sensitive personal details, such as bank account or Social Security numbers, during the job application process.
