who is ready to lead with precision, pride, and purpose. This is more than just managing rooms; it’s about curating exceptional guest experiences that reflect the elegance and warmth of The Ava. What Youll Do
Lead and inspire a housekeeping team dedicated to top-tier cleanliness, presentation, and service. Collaborate with hotel operations and Hilton brand standards to ensure five-star quality across all guests and back-of-house spaces. Hire, train, and mentor housekeeping staff while creating a culture of accountability and care. Manage daily operations, inventory, and department budgets with efficiency and attention to detail. What Were Looking For
Experience working at a major hotel brand
(Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc.). A passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail and cleanliness Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. A desire to grow with a brand-new hotel. Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000/year Hilton travel perks and industry benefits
