Role Description
This is a remote volunteer opportunity for a Grant Writer role. The Grant Writer will be responsible for researching funding opportunities, writing compelling grant proposals, assisting in grant administration, and supporting fundraising initiatives. Tasks include identifying potential funding sources, preparing and submitting grant applications, maintaining records, and collaborating with team members to align proposals with the organization's mission.
Qualifications
- Grant Writing and Proposal Writing skills
- Experience in Grant Administration and managing grant submissions
- Strong Research and Prospect Research abilities to identify potential funding sources
- Understanding of Fundraising strategies and best practices
- Excellent written communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Previous experience in non-profit or social impact organizations is a plus
