Responsibilities Execute precise layouts and revisions for various visual assets, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic appeal. Scan and integrate photographic elements into digital layouts, meticulously arranging pages or series of pages under guidance. Maintain organized digital and physical archives, including filing film and managing computer files. Design and produce pick-up pages and projects using graphic design software, as assigned. Retrieve and prepare alternate visual selections for internal reviews and production needs. Ensure digital files are clean, current, and optimized, updating scans and removing outdated versions once layouts are finalized. Prepare and distribute visual review sets, assisting with content distribution as needed. Provide support and guidance on visual asset techniques to internal partners. Must‑Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Graphics Design or equivalent practical experience. 1–2 years of hands‑on graphic design experience. Demonstrated taste level and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design choices and collaborating effectively. Proficiency in graphic design software and principles. Understanding of branding design concepts. Experience with technical specification packing. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications A self‑starter mentality, proactively seeking solutions and taking initiative. An intuitive understanding of customer preferences and market trends. Exceptional illustration skills. Ability to manage the intricate details of production artwork with precision.
