SP Studios is one of Canada’s most advanced virtual production studios, working with leading agencies, production companies, and global brands. As demand from the U.S. accelerates, we’re looking for a senior Executive Producer to help lead our U.S. expansion and bring high-value work to our studio.
Who We’re Looking For
A relationship-driven EP with:
- 10–15+ years servicing agencies and production companies
- A strong industry reputation built on trust, delivery, and repeat business
- Experience in post-production, VFX, or technically complex workflows (strongly preferred)
- The ability to bridge creative, technical, and commercial conversations
This role is ideal for someone whose name opens doors, understands modern production pipelines, and can confidently guide clients through virtual production, LED volumes, and motion control.
What You’ll Do
- Bring U.S. agency and production company work to SP Studios
- Act as senior client lead from pitch through delivery
- Build long-term relationships and repeat business
Compensation
- Competitive base salary + commission
- Commission on rentals and production markups
- Performance-based upside for repeat and long-term clients
