We are seeking a highly motivated, goal focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will help manage day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the organization’s success. Job details include salary range of $19.00–$20.50 per hour, store address at 11033 Folsom Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. This is a part-time position, up to 28 hours per week, with availability to work Saturdays. Responsibilities

Work independently to manage daily property operations. Provide exceptional service to customers, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts. Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies. Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent. Average Day

As an Assistant Property Manager, your day will be dynamic and diverse. You will prepare for opening, ensure everything is clean and in working order, verify the cash drawer, and conduct a property walk-through. You will assist customers to find the right storage solutions, handle rental agreements, process payments, and address any concerns. You will perform regular inspections of the property, check maintenance needs, and ensure safety and security measures are in place. You may participate in virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and continued training. The day ends with closing procedures and securing the property, typically five days a week with no Sundays and a typical end time around 6pm to support work-life balance. Job Qualifications

Valid driver’s license Cash handling experience is preferred Ability to work unsupervised Basic computer knowledge Ability to multitask Experience in sales Physical Requirements

Regular property walks during shifts Outdoor work about 50% of the time, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property, including inspections and maintenance tasks such as sweeping and mopping Ability to transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds May be required to run errands and travel to other store locations Benefits
