Overview
This internship is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications who wants experience in production design, technical layout, and B2B marketing materials.
Product labels and compliance labeling
Product literature (info sheets, brochures, catalogs)
Owner’s manuals and technical documents
Sales and distributor support materials
Email and digital campaign graphics
This is not a ‘watch and learn’ internship — you’ll contribute to real projects that are printed, published, and distributed.
Responsibilities Production & Print Design
Update and create product labels in compliance with brand and technical standards
Design and revise product information sheets, brochures, and catalogs
Format and update owner’s manuals and technical documentation
Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Marketing & Campaign Support
Assist with email marketing campaigns (layout design and graphics)
Create supporting graphics for digital media and website updates
Help maintain consistency across brand materials
Collaboration & Team Support
Work cross-functionally with sales and engineering to ensure accuracy of product information
Assist with marketing organization and material management
Support additional marketing initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)
Strong layout and typography skills
High attention to detail and file organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
Interest in learning about B2B marketing and manufacturing environments
Bonus (but not required)
Experience preparing files for print production
Basic understanding of branding standards
Exposure to email marketing platforms
