Our agency is structured so producers spend their time selling and closing policies while our CSR team manages service and renewal support. Responsibilities
Quote and bind new personal lines policies (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Specialty) Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and prospect outreach Follow up quickly with internet leads and warm prospects Contact prior agency clients and cross-sell opportunities Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline Track activity and production within the agency CRM Meet monthly production goals and sales performance standards Requirements
Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required) Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Prior insurance sales experience preferred Strong phone and closing skills Self-motivated with a competitive sales mindset Comfortable working toward monthly production goals Ability to manage multiple quotes and follow-ups daily Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply Benefits
