A growing construction-related company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support brand visibility through social media management and industry events. The position will focus on managing social media channels, coordinating trade shows and expos, and developing marketing content that supports business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Plan, coordinate, and execute approximately 20 industry events, trade shows, and expos annually. Travel to events as needed to support booth setup, brand representation, and on-site coordination. Write and edit marketing copy for social media, promotional materials, and event communications. Coordinate logistics for trade shows including registration, materials, vendor communication, and booth setup. Collaborate with internal teams to promote company services and strengthen brand presence. Track social media performance and event participation to help improve marketing initiatives. Qualifications
2–4 years of marketing experience Experience managing social media platforms and creating marketing content. Strong written communication and copywriting skills. Ability to plan and coordinate events or marketing initiatives. Professional, presentable, and comfortable representing the company at industry events. Willingness to travel for trade shows and expos. Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus, but not required. Preferred Skills
Event or trade show coordination experience. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic analytics. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Travel
