Overview Blue Sky is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the development of professional infographics, report layouts, and publication-ready materials for a federal civilian safety organization. The ideal candidate has experience translating technical content into visually compelling and compliant deliverables. This is a Hybrid position, and you must be able to go into the office 2-3 times a week, at the Norfolk, VA location.

Responsibilities

Design infographics supporting safety and operational publications

Develop layouts for annual reports and newsletters

Apply federal branding and formatting guidance

Prepare print-ready and digital-ready deliverables

Maintain organized and editable Adobe source files

Support Section 508 accessibility compliance in visual products

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or related field

3+ years professional graphic design experience

Portfolio demonstrating infographics and publication layout

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)

Experience working with structured technical content

U.S. Citizen

Eligible for Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting federal government clients

Experience producing annual reports

Experience ensuring accessibility-compliant design

Familiarity with federal publication standards
