Department: Marketing / Fundraising Support Reports To: Director of Operations Salary: $60,000 annually Work Schedule: Onsite Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with availability for events, fundraising initiatives, and organizational needs as required. Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator serves as the anchor leadership position within the Marketing Department. This role carries primary responsibility for NAHT’s marketing strategy, brand management, graphic design, digital presence, campaign development, and public communications. The Marketing Coordinator works directly alongside the Fundraising Chair to develop and execute all fundraising materials, campaigns, and donor-facing communications. While all departments may funnel marketing needs through this role, fundraising initiatives are prioritized and developed in direct partnership with the Fundraising Chair. This individual is an experienced marketing professional who leads the bulk of strategy, design, and campaign execution while guiding and developing the Social Media & Content Support role. Core Leadership Responsibilities • Directly supervise the Social Media & Content Support role • Set clear expectations, timelines, and quality standards • Assign campaign support tasks and collateral development needs • Provide training and development in brand standards and marketing execution • Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing coaching The Marketing Coordinator leads strategy and execution while the Social Media & Content Support role assists in implementation and growth. • Work directly with the Fundraising Chair to develop and execute all fundraising campaigns and donor-facing materials • Lead design and messaging development for fundraising events, appeals, sponsorship materials, and donor communications • Ensure fundraising initiatives are visually cohesive, strategically sequenced, and aligned with organizational priorities • Translate giving goals into clear, compelling marketing campaigns • Create marketing collateral for fundraising events including invitations, sponsor materials, digital campaigns, and event signage Fundraising materials are developed in direct collaboration with the Fundraising Chair, with the Marketing Coordinator serving as the primary creative and execution lead. Marketing Strategy & Brand Direction • Develop and execute NAHT’s comprehensive marketing strategy • Build and oversee the master content calendar across all platforms • Align marketing efforts with fundraising goals and broader organizational initiatives • Set digital growth targets and engagement benchmarks • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly • Serve as final steward of NAHT’s brand consistency and visual identity • Oversee the strategy, content, and ongoing management of the NAHT website, ensuring it remains current, visually aligned with brand standards, and optimized for donor engagement, program storytelling, and public education • Coordinate website updates related to campaigns, events, program updates, and fundraising initiatives The Marketing Coordinator is accountable for overall marketing direction, brand integrity, and NAHT’s digital presence across all platforms including the website. Graphic Design & Creative Execution • Serve as the primary designer for NAHT marketing materials • Create campaign graphics, event materials, print collateral, digital assets, and branded resources • Ensure all visual elements meet brand standards and maintain consistency • Oversee photography, video direction, and creative storytelling strategy • Approve all public-facing visual content prior to release • Manage relationships with external printers and production vendors to produce high-quality printed materials such as brochures, event signage, banners, donor packets, and promotional collateral • Coordinate timelines, proofs, print specifications, and delivery schedules for all printed materials Hope may assist with content and design execution, but final creative authority rests with the Marketing Coordinator. • Receive and organize marketing requests from Rescue, Restore, Recognize, and Resource departments • Prioritize projects in alignment with fundraising initiatives and organizational strategy • Translate program impact into strategic campaigns and collateral • Ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget • Coordinate production of marketing materials across departments including printed resources, event collateral, and digital campaigns The Marketing Coordinator must: • Anchor the Marketing Department with confidence and creative excellence • Bring proven experience and independent capability in marketing and design • Operate with strong organizational and deadline management skills • Model Christ-centered leadership aligned with NAHT’s Statement of Belief • Develop support staff with clarity and accountability • Protect the integrity of NAHT’s brand and public reputation Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field • 5–7+ years of professional marketing and design experience • Strong graphic design proficiency using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools • Demonstrated experience leading full-scale fundraising or nonprofit campaigns • Strong writing and editing skills • Experience interpreting analytics and adjusting strategy accordingly • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Experience coordinating print production, vendors, and marketing collateral development • Spirit-led and mission-aligned with NAHT’s rhythms of prayer and spiritual growth Spiritual & Cultural Alignment NAHT is a faith-based organization whose work is rooted in the belief that all roads of justice and healing lead to Jesus.
