Overview

Location: Summers Corner Campus- Summerville, SC Hours: Part-time, 20 hours/weekly This position reports to: Campus Pastor The mission: Seacoast Church goes all out in our mission to help others Find God, Grow your Faith, Discover your Purpose, and Make a Difference. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and develop Sunday morning and Midweek Custom Student Ministry Experience Create life transforming opportunities for students and families; bring inspiration to the vision of Custom (Middle and High School students) at the Campus level Develop a relationship with students and connect them to a small group; regularly communicate with Custom Parents and leaders, building relationships and providing encouragement and guidance to students, leaders and parents when necessary Take ownership of growing attendance strategically and purposefully; maintain a presence in the local schools and at student events Counsel students, as needs arise, and be on call for miscellaneous needs that may arise and need attention (hospital visits, detention centers, home visits, etc.) Implement the provided small group curriculum and assist in facilitating leadership care, coaching, and structure for each small group. Oversee the service flow, including worship and message, for student ministry Set-up check-in stations, record attendance, and ensure adequate volunteer staff First time guest and response follow up with students, Dream Team, and parents Attend & support ONE NIGHT (3 times a year) Attend and support Summer Camp and Mission trips as needed Administrative and Team Expectations

Become an experienced Ministry Platform and Planning Center user (Church Database), creating events, distributing necessary communication, and tracking attendance Complete Incident Reports, as necessary, for students Attend weekly Campus meeting; attend 1-on-1 meetings set by Campus Pastor; attend monthly All-Staff meeting Support the goals of the Campus by demonstrating teamwork and performing other duties as necessary Collaborate with Social Media Director to manage/update website and social media accounts to ensure all events, small group offerings, and serve/volunteer/dream team opportunities are up to date and regularly posting to Campus Facebook and providing quick responses when questions are posted Pastoral Duties (if Licensed or Ordained Pastor)

Assist in pastoral counseling for families, students, or parents. Assist in officiating weddings, funerals, baptisms Prepare and deliver devotionals and messages when applicable Job Essentials
