Advertise and market available apartment units to prospective residents Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and community features Show available units to prospective renters and explain leasing terms and community policies Conduct application screenings, including background and credit checks, to ensure qualified applicants Maintain positive communication and relationships with current residents Support property goals through effective leasing techniques and resident retention strategies Comply with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local regulations Weekends required Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in the apartment industry Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong sales, leasing, and marketing abilities Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Quick learner with a proactive and energetic approach to leasing Knowledge of Resman and Fair Housing compliance is required Compensation & Benefits
