The Opportunity Our client, a
4.5-star lifestyle hotel
affiliated with a premier soft-brand collection, has partnered with our firm to identify a
Brand Ambassador & Events Manager
who will help transform the property into
the social and cultural hotspot of its market .
This is not a traditional marketing role.
This is a
high-visibility, personality-driven position
for someone who knows how to
throw unforgettable parties, curate energy, and bring people together . The right candidate will be the
face, voice, and vibe
of the hotel, responsible for creating buzz, driving foot traffic, and building a loyal following through programming, events, and presence.

The Role The Brand Ambassador & Events Manager serves as the
public personality and cultural connector
for the hotel. This role focuses on
brand visibility, social energy, and experiential programming , not traditional room sales or banquet selling.
Working closely with the Hotel General Manager and ownership, this individual will conceptualize, promote, and host experiences that make the hotel a
must-visit destination
for locals, creatives, tastemakers, and regional guests.
This role requires strong instincts, hustle, and comfort being front-and-center.
Key Responsibilities Brand Presence & Ambassadorship
Act as the
face of the hotel
in the community and across social platforms.
Build authentic relationships with local influencers, creatives, artists, promoters, and connectors.
Represent the property at events, openings, and cultural moments.
Create excitement, visibility, and social relevance through consistent presence.
Events & Programming
Conceptualize, plan, and execute
high-energy events, parties, and activations , including at least one major signature event per month.
Curate programming that blends music, culture, nightlife, food and beverage, and social experiences.
Identify and coordinate talent, DJs, performers, collaborators, and entertainment partners.
Work closely with operations and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution.
Marketing & Content
Drive organic brand awareness through social media, storytelling, and live content.
Create and oversee compelling content that showcases the hotel’s atmosphere, people, and experiences.
Partner with influencers and creators to extend reach and relevance.
Collaborate with external agencies or vendors as needed.
Strategy & Collaboration
Partner with hotel leadership and ownership to align programming with the broader brand vision.
Monitor engagement, attendance, and audience growth to refine strategy.
Stay plugged into cultural, nightlife, and hospitality trends to keep programming fresh and relevant.
Bring ideas proactively and execute with speed.
Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is:
Highly outgoing, confident, and
comfortable being seen .
Deeply connected to local or regional social, nightlife, music, or creative communities.
A natural host with a strong sense of taste, timing, and energy.
Experienced in events, nightlife, hospitality marketing, brand ambassadorship, or experiential marketing.
Social-media fluent, with a strong personal or professional presence.
Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and energized by building something from the ground up.
Organized enough to execute, flexible enough to adapt, and bold enough to try new things.
Formal hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
Personality, presence, and hustle matter most.
