We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Sales located in the Greater Miami, FL area with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of building and maintaining a high-performance sales organization that effectively achieves business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, food logistics or processing, or sciences and 8+ years of food safety or relevant experience8+ years of experience managing a direct sales force.Must be willing travel at a minimum of 50% of the timeResides in the Greater Miami, FLMust be proficient in both speaking and writing in English and Spanish.Skills:
Proven ability to analyze business performance and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement to meet objectives effectively.Experience and success in leading, developing, managing, and retaining high-performance sales teams.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales plans, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.Solid understanding of food safety, importing processes, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and addressing related issues proactively.Exceptional ability to present information persuasively and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.Skillful at building positive working relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners, fostering collaboration and trust.Proficient in developing strategic plans, project management, problem-solving, and leading change initiatives to drive business growth.Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, essential for conveying vision, strategies, and objectives clearly to the sales team and stakeholders.Experience in developing strategies and training sales teams to emphasize the company's value proposition approach to selling, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.Accountable for creating, writing, designing, and producing marketing/communications materials for prospects and clients, effectively communicating the company's offerings and value proposition.Ability to create the vision and strategy to increase the quality of services delivered by the sales and marketing function, aligning with organizational objectives.Proficient in developing sales techniques and tools to build a "best in class" sales organization, driving efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes.Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, leveraging technology to support sales and marketing efforts effectively.Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.

Frequently uses computer, telephone, and writing instruments. Standing often while performing presentations. Time is spent in a refrigerated area standing and walking. Temperature in refrigerated area averages 41F. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the operation facility is high. The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet to moderate.
