Butler Portraits is hiring a performance-driven sales professional to lead clients through custom portrait artwork selections. Families come to us pre-qualified and ready to buy. Your role is to convert emotional connection into investment.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Loves consultative selling
Is confident discussing money
Wants income tied to performance
Prefers warm leads over cold prospecting
Core Responsibilities
Lead artwork reveal and ordering appointments
Ask strategic questions to uncover client motivations
Present premium products confidently
Handle pricing discussions comfortably
Close decisively
Deliver a luxury client experience
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience
Proven ability to close at higher price points
Strong communication and presence
Competitive mindset
Availability Thursday-Saturday
Experience in luxury or commissioned sales preferred
