We’re seeking a Marketing & CRM Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, while supporting our CRM implementation. This role will play a key part in strengthening our brand and improving customer engagement. The ideal candidate brings a blend of skills in marketing, CRM expertise, and graphic design, who thrives in a collaborative and evolving environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans for each Sanco division.
Create engaging content and marketing materials (videos, graphics, print, swag).
Manage digital channels: social media, email, website, and SharePoint.
Plan and run advertising campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid social, occasional print/billboard).
Coordinate trade shows and promotional events.
Maintain and evolve our brand voice and identity.
Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of CRM systems.
Partners with key stakeholders to improve CRM adoption and effectiveness.
Develop reporting dashboards and track marketing and sales performance metrics.
Qualifications
3 or more years of experience in marketing and CRM administration.
Experience supporting or implementing CRM systems preferred.
Strong graphic design and content creation skills is a plus.
Experience with digital marketing advertising.
Analytical mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
