You’ll be cruising through neighborhoods, chatting with homeowners, and introducing them to beautiful Andersen windows and patio doors. The Payoff $21/hour base pay PLUS uncapped bonuses & commission Most of our team averages $21–$36/hour after bonuses. (Yes, uncapped means uncapped.) What You’ll Be Doing Attend weekly team meetings at our Rancho Cordova office Canvass local neighborhoods (door-to-door, old school but effective!)
