Job Summary/Description KWQC has an immediate opening for a News/Digital Content Producer who is excited to work on award-winning newscasts. Our producers are hungry to get in breaking news as quickly as they can, making sure our viewers are updated on what is going on in the Quad Cities & beyond. Picking content and working with the anchors on showcasing this content is important for this job. Writing conversationally for TV & the web is also a must. Duties / Responsibilities Include Work with another producer and the Quad Cities Today team to get new, fresh content for our 5 & 6 a.m. newscasts. Produce the 11 a.m. newscast Assist with content selection for our noon & 4 p.m. newscasts Write & post stories on KWQC.com and post other content related to your story on social media & CTV/streaming products Be curious & aware of news of the day, current events, & trends Apply the feedback given to you by the management team Perform other job-related duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
